E-Modulate

E-Modulate is a comprehensive online auto-coaching template. It is an interactive program in which the user is guided through a process which incorporates answering several questions and providing direction. The user’s answers contribute to the flow of appropriate interventions. E-Modulate is also programmed to generate a personal mission statement if this is prompted. The completed E-Modulate is archived and may be printed out in hardcopy format at any stage.
